I wanted to change a 10 note for two 5 so my children could spend their pocket money in the shop. My request was met with total disdain; "we have to pay for our change so why should change I yours?"Result : two upset children and custom lost forever. Disgraceful.I read today that they have signed contracts for the Post Office, I can only hope that training in customer relations is invested in as well.
