Fantastic service, knowledge second to none
Today I had the most beautiful present bought for me from this shop.I have been here on several occasions to buy presents for family and friends. Always treated with courtesy, professional advice, friendly and helpful customer care and what an amazing selection ! All this on my doorstep in Watton- no need to travel further- brilliant shop.
Phoned about my complaint, didn't even bother to rectify it, and price was a total rip off
Avoid!! I purchased an item from here for my wife as a Christmas present and asked when purchasing the item if I could get a full refund if my wife didnt like the item. Unfortunately she didnt like the item and when I returned it I did get a refund but I also was served in an incredibly rude manner and made to feel that I had done wrong! Also previously took a diamond ring in to sell. Was offered 220 which is disgusting as other jewelers have offered 750 for it!! Completely undervalued so it appears he is either trying to rip people off or doesnt know what he is talking about!Unhelpful, rude, terrible service!! Id give less than 1 star if I could!!
