I would not take my animals anywhere else. Totally trust this practice. Their primary interest is the animal and not the money. Highly recommend.

Spoken to on multiple occassions rudely and abruptly. Staff cancelled appointment and never bothered to give any updates or reschedule. Final straw was my mother being spoken to rudely by reception staff before having them hang up. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
I have had my daughter's dogs operation cancelled last min before Xmas after we all booked time off work. This was due to running out of anesthic. Funny as no other vets around my area have! Anyway called to enquire about stocks, rescheduling etc... and the reception staff (2 women) were extremely rude to my daughter. I called back to ask why they were so vile, only to be shouted at the same and HUNG UP on during MY call. I'm now moving all my dogs and the receptionists should be fired!!!!!!! I don't live in the area now but found Pippa to be a lovely vet. Unfortunately, the front line staff are very abrupt. Called to ask for dog's medical history to be emailed to new insurer - every other vet obliged but the lady I spoke to made it very difficult saying first that the insurer normally request it, then: can I email my request in, then when I asked if she could help me (since I was on the phone): can I give her the phone number so she can call. Disappointed.Edit: Called again and this time a more friendly, obliging response.
